Another normal Saturday

This morning, we woke up early, as we were planning a walk in at Specsavers,  again. We got out of bed at 8:00am and reached Specsavers at 9:10 am, but still, we couldn't get an appointment. It seems that one of the opticians was sick, so it was really busy and they wouldn't do walk ins for a couple of days. I wandered around the shop, looking for the glasses I would choose. I liked the blue ones, purple ones and especially the  pink ones. Meanwhile, Ma was trying to fit in an appointment for me. Eventually, the lady at the desk called a branch in the neighboring town and they gave me an appointment for 10 past 2 tomorrow.

Later on, we walked to the shops to buy this week's groceries, Teerno's least favourite location.

And then, obviously, we returned home. Well, not all of us, as Baba had gone to the saloon for his monthly haircut.

When he returned home, we had lunch, watched T.V and I recently finished my home work. A few minutes later, I will watch a weekend movie, and this time I have chosen Disney's 'A Christmas Carol' based on a book by Charles Dickens. I have chosen this because Year 5 (my year) are going to perform this play in front of the school at Christmas. I will tell you what my part is next week, for my teacher, Miss. Wilkinson, has promised that we will start rehearsing by then.

P.S.- I will mostly be writing on weekends because nothing that exciting happens on weekdays.
